Frontend
Interfaces that respond in milliseconds, not spinners.
Full-stack developer — open to select work
I design interfaces people actually enjoy using, then write the backend that keeps them fast and honest under load. Same person, same repo, no handoff meetings.
The stack
No hand-off from a frontend team to a backend team — I own the request from the click to the query plan.
Interfaces that respond in milliseconds, not spinners.
APIs that fail loudly in dev, and quietly recover in prod.
Schemas designed before the deadline forces a bad one.
Deploys that don't need a Slack message at 11pm.
Selected work
A cash-flow dashboard for small agencies that hate spreadsheets. Pulls in invoices, forecasts the next 90 days, and flags the week you'll run tight.
A lightweight project board for teams who found Jira too heavy and Trello too light. Real-time sync across every board, keyboard-first navigation.
Storefront and roast-batch tracker for an independent coffee roaster — inventory, subscriptions, and a checkout that doesn't lose carts.
A bit about me
I started out fixing WordPress sites for local businesses, which taught me that most "technical" problems are actually communication problems wearing a stack trace. These days I work across the whole stack because I like knowing why something is slow, not just that it is.

I take on a small number of freelance and contract projects at a time — reach out and I'll reply within a day or two.
